At the beginning of this term, Grade Three, Four, Five and Six students have had the chance to work on the ‘Striking and Fielding’ unit. This unit is set out in four learning stages such as careful catching, target practice, successful striking and fantastic fielding. In the last four weeks, these students have played cooperatively with teammates, as well as making decisions about when to run for points and when to not. 

In the T-ball game, the senior students have been using their batting skills to strike a stationary ball in an intended direction. They had the opportunity to invent rules for striking and fielding games.  Right now, these students are beginning to identify strengths and areas in which they could improve.
